Privacy policy

LIKTA processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (2016/679), the Latvian Personal Data Processing Law and other applicable legal acts.

The data controller for the personal data processing is the Latvian Information and Communications Technology Association (hereinafter – LIKTA), unified registration number 40008038242, registered address: Stabu iela 47-1, Riga, LV-1011. LIKTA is responsible for the implementation of the Online SME Digital maturity recommender tool and for the processing of personal data within these activities.

Data processors are partners to help LIKTA implement project activities: Aalborg university (Denmark), DIMECC (Finland), Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications (Estonia), ITL (Estonia), INFOBALT (Lithuania), LINPRA (Lithuania), KIGEIT (Poland) and RISE (Sweden). Project partners have access to personal data for specific tasks and are under an obligation not to disclose or use them for any other purpose.

The legal basis for data processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

The purpose of data processing is to promote digital literacy in society; Collect, analyze and present data to understand your company's position relative to others (region, country); provide general recommendations about next steps towards digitalization.

Personal data collected and processed in the Online SME Digital maturity recommender tool:

  • Contact information: e-mail address, company name and position.
  • Other data - data obtained from a test.

Personal data will be kept for a maximum of 5 years after the completion of the DIGINNO project. After the above deadline have expired, all your personal data will be deleted.

 

You have the right to access your personal data, as well as, if incomplete or incorrect, to request them to be updated or corrected. If your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you can freely choose to consent or not to consent to the processing of your personal data, and at any time easily and conveniently withdraw your consent without affecting the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
